The local facilities include mini supermarkets, less than a 5 minute walk away, a large Tescos and Sainsbury's, KFC, MacDonalds, medical facilities as well as many other amenities.

Off road parking is available on request.

Fellow housemates are all quiet, clean, friendly, working professionals and there is always a good, congenial atmosphere in the house.

The whole house has high speed fibre optic broadband and each room has its own independent entry phone system.

The house is fully centrally heated.

The house has a large kitchen with a large range of modern units, 2 fridge freezers, 2 integrated ovens and hobs , 2 sinks, a washing machine, microwave and large breakfast bar..

Due to my HMO licence conditions, I'm sorry but I cannot accept a couple or children in this particular room.
