This is a bright and airy good sized room, for 1 person.
It has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cupboard, chair etc.
- ALL BILLS, including Council Tax are included in the weekly rent of £95, (£412/calendar month) including SUPER FAST VIRGIN BUSINESS WiFi to ensure you can always get on-line if you need to STUDY or WORK FROM HOME.
In the house there is a:-
-Fully fitted kitchen with a Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, Microwave etc. A separate lounge with 2 sofas, table and chairs, desk and TV.
-Patio area and large GARDEN for relaxing outside and also on street PARKING.
-Regular cleaner, gardener and maintenance service is also included in the rent to support tenants..
