We're offering a double furnished room for a single professional as a lodger in our family home.

Whilst the advertised room is not ensuite, the showeroom is a few steps away from the room.

The house is 1.7mi from Coseley Rail Station + Park & Ride, 2.1mi Priestfield Tram Station + Park & Ride. Bus stops directly to Birmingham New Street Station and Wolverhampton City Centre.

The room comes with access to a large garden, conservatory and well equipped kitchen. Potential housemate's can interact as little or as much as they like with current occupants reasonable level of respect for all is the common expectation.

All occupants are working professionals and we're looking to share like-minded people.

We currently we keep our bills to a minimum by being energy conscious.
We'd ask you to do the same And I appreciate not everyone is the same and so any other extra usage can be discussed and paid accordingly.
You'll be living with other professionals who are quiet, independent and respectful of each other and spaces.
We all maintain a clean and tidy environment and welcome anyone who would do the same
