Entrance is from the back garden.

Rooms can be rented separately as well but I prefer to rent out the entire studio.

2. One newly renovated single room is available in a shared house for vegetarian women. Deposit for single room £400. Monthly rent is £400. to be paid in advance. Bed can be provided if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Couples are welcome only if they want to rent both the rooms of the studio. You will be provided with your own private newly renovated kitchen and Wetroom. No sharing. Applies only when you're renting both bedrooms together as a couple. The rent can be negotiated.
