We have a double room available to share in our spacious 5 bedroom house.
We are looking for a single female housemate – the room is shared with another female resident, so this preference is for privacy, comfort and security as we all live in the property and share living spaces and facilities. This is a permitted arrangement for shared household accommodation and is not unfair discrimination.

 

💷 COST: £250 PER MONTH – ALL BILLS INCLUDED
Gas, electric, water, council tax + unlimited high speed WiFi all included, no extra costs

- There are 2 bathrooms in the whole property – you will only share kitchen and bathroom facilities with people living on the ground floor

- Home is kept clean, tidy and well maintained, relaxed and friendly atmosphere
