Single room to let in Finchfield, opposite Bantock Park, a few yards from bus stop (every twenty minutes).

The house has a Band F rating by the Council, and consists of (downstairs): a hall with PC; an L-shaped lounge and dining-room; a conservatory; a well-equipped kitchen; a utility room; a garden; a double garage (currently containing three bikes). There is parking space on the drive.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one for the renter's sole use.

A cleaner comes every week and a gardener once a fortnight.

I am a 80+ widower of seven years who has decided to try letting out a spare room. I am a neat person who likes a tidy house (most of the time!). The comparatively low monthly figure is because I am not trying to make (too much) money out of a renter, simply a contribution to costs.
