Double room available from December

A double room is available in a clean, comfortable and peaceful two-bedroom house.

The house has two double bedrooms, one occupied by me and the other available to rent, so you’ll only be sharing with one person.

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. There is also an additional open living area at the entrance of the house, making it feel more spacious and welcoming.

💷 Rent & Bills

* Rent includes council tax, water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi bills.
* On-street parking is available.
* The room currently has a new mattress but no bed frame. A new bed can be arranged if required, with the rent adjusted to £550 per month.

I’m a 27-year-old male working professional. I work Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturdays. I’m friendly, easy-going, very clean and tidy, and I enjoy a relaxed and peaceful home environment.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy housemate who values a clean and comfortable home. Ideally, I’d prefer a single male working professional. Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for couples.
