Property First provided me with first class reasonably priced accommodation while working freelance in Wolverhampton. It was brilliant to have quiet, clean well maintained en suite accommodation with access to kitchen. These landlords do HMOs properly and are really nice, friendly people to book. I can't recommend them enough. So much better than staying in a b&b or hotel and great for long stays.

I can honestly say I really enjoyed my time here. Great location, walking distance to shops and takeaways. Parking on drive nice touch rather than on street parking. I genuinely had no problems but I feel if I had ,you’d go above and beyond to help resolve any issues, in comparison to the attitudes I have experienced from other landlords/ letting agencies.
Far more homely than other places I have stayed, Kitchenette area in bedroom as well as kitchen, nice to make hot drinks and snacks, nice to have individual fridge/ freezer.
No maintenance issues while I stayed ,unusual in my experience, Great to just pay one fee a month and not have to worry about anything at all.
A really enjoyable place to stay.
