Within an easy walk of the cross city train line giving easy access to Birmingham City Centre. Ten minute walk to the main Birmingham Road and many bus routes. Sutton Coldfield town is a five minute drive or twenty minute walk. Home owners are a mature non smoking couple who have no pets and no children at home.
The room is available on a short term basis (3 months) or long term. Monday to Friday only (£550 per month). Quiet person only. Would suit HS2 professional or similar.
