Double Bedroom Available in a 2 Bedroom House

A bright double bedroom is available in a 2-bedroom house, with bills included and fast broadband. The livingroom, kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is fully equiped with two fridges, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and air fryer. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom, and the front room is mainly used for storage, so there is extra space.

I’m an artist and I have a small, very friendly and loving dog. I’d prefer a like-minded, tidy housemate who enjoys a creative and relaxed atmosphere. I’m open to pet-friendly applicants, and while I’d ideally like a female housemate, anyone respectful and friendly is welcome.

The location is super convenient: the bus station for X1/X2 is just a 1 minute walk away and a 15-20 mins drive to city centre, Lidl and Oaklands Park are right across the street, and Swan Centre is only a 10 minute walk.
