Available July or August for a professional female who likes dogs. Use of communal kitchen and garden and utility area.
Current Tenant came for 6 months originally and is sadly moving on now 4 years later.
Car parking on the drive over night or the Bus stop is 100 meters away.
Barnham station is 30 mins walk or a short bus ride away.
There could be some flexibility in the rent should some help in the house be an option. Although I am retired I sometimes need help with animal care for example.
