This room has its own private bathroom with bath and over bath shower and a private WC. There is also a private lounge directly next door, so essentially it is a completely private suite in its own wing of the house.

There is shared use of two patio areas and stunning gardens.

There are also two shared lounges, kitchen, utility room and BBQ area.

I live here with my 14 year old son, our two beautiful friendly dogs and a cat, so pet lovers only. Happy to discuss pets at additional cost.

The house is set in a stunning setting of a mix between formal gardens and paddocks. There is direct access to bridle path which leads to several gorgeous country walks. We are situated on the outskirts of Billingshurst and approx 20 minute walk to the high street or a 3 minute drive away or 5 minute drive to the railway station.

There is plenty of room on the private driveway for multiple cars.

We are happy to discuss short lets and adhoc night lettings at a variable rate.

We would prefer single professionals, but we are open to discussing couples or students.
