I live here with my 15 year old son, our beautiful and super friendly dog, so pet lovers only. Happy to discuss pets at additional cost.

The house itself is set in a stunning setting of a mix between formal gardens and paddocks. There is direct access to bridle path which leads to several gorgeous country walks. We are situated on the outskirts of Billingshurst and approx 20 minute walk to the high street or a 3 minute drive away or 5 minute drive to the railway station.

There is plenty of room on the private driveway for cars.

We are happy to discuss short lets and adhoc night lettings at a variable rate.

We would prefer single professionals, but we are open to discussing couples or students.
