Room To Let In Gated Mews

I am a 30 year old professional living in a recently renovated property in a gated mews, which is located a 30 second walk from the beach front and 4 minute walk to Bognor Regis station which has train or bus services to Chichester,

The room available, has a small-double sized bed, wardrobes with shelves and storage under the bed.
There is a shared bathroom upstairs with toilet and shower. There is also a toilet downstairs which will be shared by everyone.
There is also a study downstairs which can be used for work, or to have some additional privacy if needed.

The property is in a gated mews which has a roughly 15 properties, the landlords also live in the mews. The mews is quiet and peaceful place and we need to be respectful of the other residents.

Unfortunately there is no parking on site however you can park for free a minute walk away or, you can apply for a parking permit on the street outside the mews.

The house is kept to a very clean standard to respect each other. As you can see in the video, this is how the house always is kept.

I am looking to live with people who are easy to get along with, respectful of each other. I am an easy going person who is usually up early and not back until evening.
