Furnished Double Bedroom with en-suite & parking

Please read as plenty of information below. Likewise I’d like to see plenty of information about you:)
Me: easy going, chatty, but enjoys the peace and quiet, I love my house and happy to share with the right person.

I don’t mind if you are a professional or student. I’m ex NHS.
I prefer those who may want the room for 3-5 days a week for example Monday to Friday.
However, Can always discuss if you need room 7 days a week, for a limited time

House: Located on the edge of North Bersted. The house is within 2 minutes of bus stop with regular buses about every 10 minutes to Chichester or Bognor.

Private development of 8 houses. Electric gates, so secure. There is a dedicated parking space outside the house should you need one.

The room is suitable for a SINGLE person. You will have your own double bedroom with a double bed. The room has a wardrobe with shelving, 2 x small bedside cabinets with drawers. There is extra space under bed in spare bedroom to store suitcases. Next to the bedroom is your own bathroom which has bath and shower in it.

You will have unlimited access to the kitchen/ dining room which is fully equipped (washing machine etc etc). There is also a small comfy chair in the bay window of dining bit which everyone seems to love sitting in. Also fibre broadband.

I will require a deposit; two references from previous landlord and current employer/university

It is NOT suitable for a couple.
It is Not long term usage. The room although a double size is definitely not big enough for two people nor long term use, sorry. Also no animals.
