All bills are inclusive except for electricity in the studio itself this is provided by your own didgital meter .Heating and hot is included within the rent making the studio and communal areas warm and cosy
We have a cleaner and Gardner included within the price to keep the communal area clean tidy and usable ,but we do expect tenants to play there part and clean after yourselves.
We are looking for a tenant who wish to make this there home and to live with the others in a quiet and clean manner.
You will be required to compleate a tenancy and ID check carried out by the NLA National Landlords Association . The process takes between two and five working days
