Spare room on quiet Bosham Street

I am looking for a lodger/ flatmate for my newly converted house in Bosham.
My family recently purchased the property and I have a spare room available.

There is a large shared living room and kitchen space which you are welcome to use.
On street parking available and when I am working away you are welcome to use the driveway.
The room has a double bed and plenty of storage.
I regularly work away so you will often have the house to yourself. There is a bus stop, Co-op, fish and chip shop and train station within 5 minutes walk.
the house is council tax band B
We are looking for a clean and respectful tenant to share our lovely professional house share.

I do not wish to share my home with gamers or persons who play music loudly.
There is also a small garden out the back which is always sunny when the sun is out.
