Very close to the water, walks and eateries in Bosham, the Witterings beaches, Goodwood, Kingley Vale National Park, West Dean, Chichester.

Bosham train station less than 10 mins walk for Chichester, Gatwick, etc. Plus handy areas for easy bike storage and off-road parking.

Seeking friendly and mature person. Any other requirements or questions can be discussed. Monday to Friday or can do regular days such as 2 to three days a week or alternate weeks - basically flexible.
