Double bedroom in two bed house

Hi,

Thank you for looking at my add. I have a large double bedroom that is fully furnished in my house in the village of Boxgrove. The room has plenty of storage for clothes and room for a desk. The house has a clean and tidy kitchen with dining room area. A large lounge with armchair and sofa that leads out to the garden.

The house has off road parking and I live in a cul de sac.

There are good links by bus or roads into Chichester, Littlehampton, Bognor, St Richards Hospital, Goodwood, Rolls Royce etc.

I have a dog who means the world to me. The rent is lower than other rooms and houses of this size and quality as I'm keen to find the right house mate who I can trust, and sometimes help me with my dog, especially when I am on night shifts and just need someone to be at home. Otherwise, I plan dog walks for her when I am at work.

I am a paramedic and I work shifts, so occasionally I might need help feeding her, or if i'm on a night shift, letting her out and being with her.

I have lived here for over 6 years. I have a lovely group of neighbours and live in a great area for walks. We have a village shop and a pub in Boxgrove and there is a real community feel about the area.

My current housemate has lived here for the last 4 years and is only moving out to move into a place of her own.

I would like to share with another female. I need someone who I can trust and is understanding of my shift work and dog.
