Own seating area: 3m x 3m with Sky TV, (see photos) and use of large shared kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and microwave. Bathroom, utility with washing machine, tumble drier and separate loo, garden with seating and BBQ. Parking, Wi fi, all bills and sundries included, e. g. washing powder, fabric conditioner, loo rolls and all cleaning products. Boxgrove has a direct bus to Chichester, 2 miles away, which has a range of restaurants and shops as benefits the county town of West Sussex. The famous Festival Theatre, Goodwood races and aerodrome are all on the doorstep. The beautiful South Downs are within a short walk as is the local pub. Professional(s), easy going person/couple required who likes cats and a relatively quiet life to share house with very easy going, young at heart couple. Room 1: £550 for single occupants or £650 for a couple. Room 2: £550 for single occupant. Both furnished rooms have double beds, wardrobes etc. Bedding and towels available if needed.
