I’m looking for a nice, quiet lodger (female professional preferred, no pets please) to share my home in Bracklesham, just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The room:

Spacious double room with built-in wardrobe (will be emptied prior to your arrival)

Wooden shutters on the window

Unfurnished (ready for your own touch) (Single bed available if needed, but no mattress).

Your own private bathroom across the hall

The house:

Bright, sunny south-facing garden

Driveway parking + unrestricted street parking

Good Wi-Fi, all bills included (£700pcm)

Friendly neighbourhood with local pub, shop, and park (5–10 min walk), and East Wittering village has more amenities nearby.

I live here too and mostly work from home in the small office room

You’ll also be sharing with my small, very friendly Jack Russell 🐾
