Large furnished, or unfurnished if requested, double bedroom to rent (Mon-Fri) in a bright and modern four bed house. Convenient for all amenities, such as Tesco's Extra, with convenient travel links to Horsham town centre and Gatwick. The bedroom comes with an en suite shower room which you'll have sole access to. The room is offered on a Mon-Fri basis. Unless there is an emergency, the room will not be accessed by anyone other than yourself.

The house is warm, spacious, clean and quiet. There is a large, shared, kitchen which leads into an even larger living / dining room. There's a modest sized south facing garden off the living room to relax in on those sunny evenings.

No smoking, no pets and sorry no couples. All bills included in monthly rent. High speed WiFi included. £575 security deposit and references will be required please.
