Hello! I'm looking for a lodger for a fully furnished double bedroom with off-road parking in my house in a quiet residential area of Broadbridge Heath.

You would be living with myself (27, working full time at Gatwick as flight crew), and my boyfriend (30, works full time Mon-Fri and every other Saturday).

A shift or aviation worker/trainee would be preferred due to my working hours.

The bedroom contains:
- Double ottoman storage bed and mattress
- Wardrobe
- Large chest of drawers
- Built in storage unit
- Bedside table
- TV available for room if desired with freesat/HDMI

Almost all the furniture is brand new and never been used. There should be room for a desk too.

Shared bathroom, kitchen facilities and living/dining area. Good sized garden with outdoor seating. Off-road parking space available on the drive.

Just a short walk or drive to Tesco Extra/retail park with both The Bridge Leisure Centre and PureGym, and just around the corner from the local pub and a bus stop which runs into Horsham Town centre and to the train station. Approx 20-25 mins drive to Gatwick, ~20 mins to CAE.

Looking for a shift worker who is tidy, respectful and understanding of shift patterns.
We are sociable and are always up for the occasional barbecue or trip to the pub garden however we also value having our own space.
Ideal for short term flight/cabin crew training as well as longer term arrangements.

£625pcm inclusive of bills and council tax.
