Room to Rent

Looking for someone to move into my house as our other housemate is moving out.

3 story house with a large garden in central Worthing (Broadwater area). Very large double bedroom (unfurnished, can discuss option of a bed if needed) on the top floor. £750 a month including Council Tax, Water, Gas & Electric and Internet.

House is located an 8 minute walk to Worthing main station with direct links to London Victoria and Brighton.

Parking is no permit zone and street parking. I’ve found that living here there is usually a space either outside or very nearby to the house.

We’re looking for a friendly and chilled person who’s also clean and tidy. Happy if this person would rather keep to themselves or would want to hang out sometimes!
