Semi-detached house on a quiet street. Rear garden with dining table and comfortable seating. Offering a double room for single occupancy.

Nestled in the heart of Broadwater, my cosy house has it all. Think tree-lined streets, convenient for all the major food shops, near the gym, and 5 mins walk to the South Downs trails. Close to the GSK and the hospital

The Space:
Your future home is a spacious 2-bedroom sanctuary, blending modern style with cosy Scandinavian comfort. Your room is west-facing, with a new double bed and a selection of new storage (this can be changed to suit your needs). The house has mostly painted floorboards with rugs on the floor. It has a fully-equipped kitchen and a super cosy living-room ideal for movie nights and listening to music.

About Me:
I’m Jon, a work-from-home professional by day but an outdoorsy nature lover at heart. I believe in creating a home that’s a retreat from the hustle and bustle, where we can share laughter, the occasional conversation, and maybe a few cooking recipes. I'm eco-conscious, food-loving, and always have a playlist ready for any occasion.

You:
An open-minded, tidy, and respectful individual who values community and creativity. Whether you're into meditation, painting, photography, or simply enjoying a peaceful environment, you should fit right in. Bonus points if you have a green thumb!

💷 Rent & Details:
