A gorgeous, recently fully decorated detached house in a quiet and friendly street with free parking, a stunning garden, a summerhouse and outside storage.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with 2 ovens, a large hob, freestanding fridge and freezer, microwave, air fryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. It is a beautiful open plan space with an island, that looks out onto the west facing garden, which gets all the sunshine!

There is a separate lounge with 2 comfy sofas, a cozy log burner, perfect for those chilly winter nights. Also I have Netflix, Disney and Amazon available on the large flat screen TV.

The bathroom is an oasis of calm and luxury! It's clean and modern with a rain fall shower and a large heated towel rail. There is a modern separate toilet too.

Your bedroom is a recently decorated sunny west facing large double, overlooking the beautiful back garden. It has newly fitted thick squishy cream carpet, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, a double bed and a new mattress.

I'm looking for a quiet and friendly professional to share my lovely home with. I'd love to share the occasional meal or glass of wine with someone. I do work shifts, including nights so I would like to share with someone respectful, who understands that I will need to be sleeping during the day at times.
