I live in the property but on the ground floor. I have cats love them to bits, however you will probably not see them as they live in the room with me.

I work full time and have my own maintenance business.

I'm chilled and easy going, hope you come and take a look.

I'm looking to rent a double room.
It's fully furnished, It has a new double bed.

It has a large HD TV with free sat in the room. It has built in wardrobes, under bed storage. You also have access to the loft if you need more space. It also comes with a deck.

Bills included, electric, gas, water, council tax & has a isolated super fast broadband (500 Mb) with both WiFi and Ethernet wall points.

Access to the bathroom and Kitchen. Includes washing machine and tumble drier, cooker, microwave, pots pans, etc...

Great location, very quiet, it's near the country side.
You are in walking distance of both Burgess Hill and Wivelsfield train stations and local shops. (RH15 0TS)

Rent to be paid in advance 2 days before the end of each month as all bills come out on the 1st.

Deposit to be paid as soon as you decide to take the room please so I can take it off the advert.

I take the Covid19 very seriously, the house is cleaned regularly with disinfectant. I have invested in fridge/freezers and kettles in your room to avoid unnecessary contact with others. However you're more than welcome to use the shared areas.

NO SMOKERS! No pets, no over night visitors.
Full time workers preferred. Must be clean and tidy.
