I have a double room available in a 3 bedroom house. It has a single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, chair and a tv. It overlooks the pretty back garden which you can sit in when the weather is nice. There is a shower room, 2 toilets, lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has cupboards for your own storage, also fridge, cooker, extra oven, microwave and washing machine. There is a large freezer in the garage.
Although bills are included in the rent it doesn't include the landline phone.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, 12 mins walk from the town centre and 20 minutes walk from Burgess Hill station. Parking in the cul-de-sac is easy. Walks in the countryside are 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive away.
I am looking for someone who is easy going, clean and tidy in the house, and friendly - like me!
