Burgess Hill House share with Double bedroom

Your bedroom at the front of the house, upstairs

On the west of Burgess Hill in a quiet cul-de-sac is my 2 bed mid-terrace house. It is very close to the countryside with many footpaths to discover but also a short walk from a convenience store and pubs.

The house has 2 off road parking places and a garage at the end of the garden. I have recently redecorated throughout.

Your bedroom has a King size double bed with one set of brand new bedding including four pillows and duvet. Brand new towels are also included to help you get started. It has been completely redecorated throughout with a new carpet. The wardrobe is floor to ceiling and double railed along with an airing cupboard for additional storage. There is a chest of drawers, bedside table and a chair. More furniture is available if required.

You can expect to share the lounge, kitchen/ diner, bathroom and garden with limited storage in the garage which will be used to shelter my ageing Land Rover. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, etc for use. Your bedroom will be lockable.

All bills are included and pets that live in a cage or tank are considered. No dogs or cats though please. High speed, unlimited Wifi is included as well as free weekend telephone calls.

I work an irregular shift pattern close by and as such am looking for a considerate house mate who will clean up after himself and treat my house with respect as if it were your own. Whilst I am social and like a drink and music, I do not want a smoker or drug taker. I would require references and a months deposit.
