I’ve got a lovely double en-suite room soon to be available on Sunday 12th May as my lovely long term lodger is moving in with their partner.

* Double room on first floor (we sleep on the second floor)

* Fully furnished with double bed, mattress, side tables, console table and TV (if required)
* Morden kitchen & dining space with dishwasher & washer / dryer
* All bills included
* High speed fibre optic broadband
* Garden with patio & BBQ
* Regular cleaner

Happy for the feature wall colour in the room to be changed for agreements of 6months +

I work full time, mostly from home - going out to visit clients a few days per week. I’ve got a gorgeous little boy who spends every other weekend & 1 night in the week with his dad. I lead a pretty chilled lifestyle and tend to work from home most weekday evenings or go to the gym. I enjoy lots of fun days out with my son, travelling, trips away, walks, the beach, the gym, cooking & seeing friends.

Looking for someone clean & tidy who’s also pretty chilled. I’ve got a no overnight guest rule when my son is home.
