I’m away a lot (and I really mean a lot), so in essence it’s the whole apartment to yourself most of the time, along a very large room, with an en-suite and own private, south facing roofterrace (accessed directly from the bedroom) - the bed in the photo is a super king, not a king size.
The flat also has another roofterrace on the opposite side, accessed by the open plan living room/kitchen. The main bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, there’s a large utility room and a great amount of storage in a walk in cupboard in the hallway.
Situated in Victoria Road, just off the Victoria Business Park, it’s a quiet location with very easy access to the M23. Roughly 15 mins walk to Burgess Hill station, 10 mins walk to the big Tesco, and a local gym nearby.
The apartment comes with two assigned parking spaces, with one space reserved for the room (you can still use the other one when I’m away). Secured bike storage too.
You’re also welcome to decorate the place if you like. I’d love to share the place with a professional who is respectful to the neighbours, as the flat is in a lovely little development where everyone is friendly and there’s a real sense of community.
