20 minute walk to train station. Easy access to London, Gatwick Airport and Brighton

Your bedroom includes large, built in wardrobes and a double bed. The window overlooks the patio/garden and also has a view of a pond beyond the garden. There is a balcony which runs the length of the rear of the house. West facing garden which is perfect for summer BBQs!

You will have full use of the upstairs bathroom, which includes bath/shower and toilet.

I'm looking for someone tidy, respectful, trustworthy and someone who wants to enjoy this home with me. You will also have it to yourself a lot of the time.

You will be living with me, a respectful, friendly and fun 30 year old male. I am a shift worker so I'm very respectful of noise! Single occupancy only.
