The room shares a large, modern bath & shower room with one other tenant. There is an additional shower room on the ground floor of the house.

There is a small patio courtyard to the rear of the property with BBQ, as well as a secluded, sunny front garden with dining area.

Current household is 3 young professionals, aged 22-40. This is a chilled-out household, with friendly professionals enjoying the companionship of co-living.

Rent is inclusive of all utility bills, as well as TV license, Council Tax and Internet. A cleaner visits once a month, which is a complimentary service paid for by the landlord. The gardens are maintained by the landlord at not cost to the tenants.

The property benefits from two off-road parking spaces, and additional parking is free and ample on Winterbourne Road and Croft Mead, without the hassle of permits. There is also secure, covered storage for bicycles.

The landlords are Accredited Members of the National Residential Landlords' Association and are also Council Accredited. The property is run in accordance with their high standards for private residential lettings. The landlords are fully compliant for gas and electrical safety. You will be provided with a contract for your tenancy, and your deposit will be held in a government deposit protection scheme. You will not be charged any fees for your tenancy application or referencing.

The house is centrally heated throughout, with individual room thermostats.

We will choose the most suitable applicant for our landlord clients, based on financial/employment information. When making an offer we will also consider who would be the most suitable addition to an existing household. That decision will be based upon any express preferences of the existing housemates, including age, gender and hobbies/interests.
