Spacious double room with space to study in centrally located shared house available to a female student. The room will only be offered to a student for council tax reasons.

This is a peaceful house, suitable for someone wanting a quiet place to study, who will be respectful of the other occupants and the house rules. This is a non-smoking house.

The house is located 5 minutes walk from Chichester city centre, 15 minutes walk from University of Chichester Bishop Otter Campus, 10 minutes walk from Chichester College and 20 minutes walk from Chichester train and bus stations. Other amenities such as local cinema, sports centre and gym, highly regarded Chichester Festival Theatre, St Richard's Hospital, Chichester Cathedral, restaurants and pubs are all within a few minutes walk.

Double room [AVAILABLE]: This sunny south-west facing room receives ample light due to its large bay window, and is furnished with a double bed (with storage space underneath), washbasin, table/desk, office chair, small sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, book case, mirrors, bedside table and lamp.

Single room [NOT AVAILABLE]: The upstairs single bedroom is furnished with a desk with storage, chair, chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror, clothes rails, and shelf above the bedroom. The bed also has storage built in and there is a bedside table and lamp.

You will have use of the upstairs shared bathroom (shared with two others), kitchen, laundry room, and very large garden. Shared appliances in the kitchen include oven and electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, toastie maker, juicer, smoothie maker, rice cooker and bread maker, everything you need! There's plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The shared bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, heated towel rail and storage spaces. There's also a downstairs utility/laundry room with two washing machines, a drier and another toilet. There is space in the driveway where you could park a car and space in the shed where you could securely store a bicycle. All bills are included in the rent (with the exception of landline phonecalls).

The other current occupants are:
- Sophie, early 60's, the owner, a disabled lady with MS with a keen interest in film
- Pippa, early 20's, student at Uni of Chichester
- a selection of female live-in carers who stay for a few weeks at a time
- Artemis, our very friendly cat 😸
Also frequently at the house are:
- Shelley, a carer who is here every weekday morning
- Xanthe, 30's, Sophie's daughter, visits regularly
