My house is situated to the south side of Chichester but is an easy walk to the public transport links and town centre. It has good off road parking.

I am looking for 1 more female lodger who can be a student or, indeed, a RR student intern. Although RR is on the other side of town, I have regularly hosted interns. Foreign students are welcome.

Often I am away, so you can expect to share the communal space with just two other females.

My long term lodger is a quiet and scrupulously clean and tidy person who works hard and has the utmost respect for her environment. I am looking for someone similar. The other lady is a mature student.

The room on offer is double bedded with 2 double wardrobes, a drawer unit and a desk. It has a separate shower room opposite, that would be for your sole use when I am away.

Communal space is substantial and consists of living room, dining room, snug, kitchen and outside areas to rear and side.


In the event there is a small mismatch of dates, I will be able to accommodate you in another room.
