Hello everyone,
I have a freshly refurbished double room with loads of storage to rent in Chichester (15 mins walk from the city centre) on the first floor.
It’s a quiet neighbourhood area with 10 mins walk to the nearby shops such as: M&S, home sense, Lidl and Sainsbury’s.
The price £600 with all bills included. One month £600 deposit.
The house has a good sized garden, two bathrooms (separate for the people living upstairs and downstairs) and living room for the possible use of everyone. There is also a parking on the driveway and free on the road if needed.
I am looking for a professional, who is clean and reasonably quiet.
I am happy to accept your small pets, but they would need to be staying in your own room.
