Kingsize bed, excellent mattress, vanity/basin, desk/chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Large family bath-shower room with roll top bath.
Kitchen open for breakfast (7-9:00am) and cooked dinner (5:30-7pm). Light lunches on days off ok. Daytime access to washing machine. Heated drying rack provided.
Working professionals and full time students preferred. Not suitable for couples.
PLEASE NOTE: those who work DAY shifts are preferred because I work from home myself during the day.
NON SMOKERS ONLY. NO SMOKING or VAPING. I am allergic to cigarette smoke in the air or on clothing.
Bills are included. Room cleaning is £15.
Overnight guests may occasionally be allowed, by prior arrangement only.
