I’m looking for the right lodger... someone who values their own space and enjoys a calm, easy living environment.

This isn’t a typical social flatshare. It’s more of a peaceful base where you can get on with your life, uninterrupted.

The Space

I have a bright 3-bedroom flat with a double room right near the entrance, along with your own private bathroom (with shower) just across the hall, so it feels very self-contained.

The room includes:

Double bed
Desk and chair
Large chest of drawers
Your own fridge/freezer

The kitchen is directly opposite and well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, etc).

Location & Lifestyle

The flat is in a really easy, well-connected spot while still feeling close to nature:

Bus 60 runs directly to and from Chichester and stops right outside
Easy walk to Co-Op for essentials
Very close to Goodwood (great if you work there or enjoy the area)
Walking distance to
- Chichester town (30 mins)
- Graylingwell (15 mins) for coffee, park, community, classes, therapy/exercise, etc.
- Nearby pubs in Lavant for a relaxed drink or meal
Quick access to West Stoke and The Trundle for beautiful countryside walks

It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle with nature nearby, but still wants easy access into town.

Lifestyle Fit

I travel quite a bit, so there will be many times you will have the flat entirely to yourself.

When I am around, I’m friendly and easygoing, but I do value quiet, space, and a low-key environment, so I’m looking for someone similar.

(Flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift, so there are stairs.)
