The spacious house is newly renovated in a modern style, in a quiet area very near to fishbourne harbour for walks, kayaking, paddle boarding, cycling etc. It’s situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to the A27 is a 2 min drive from the house.
There is off road parking on the drive, a garage, and secluded garden.
The bedrooms are on the 1st floor and myself (owner) and 2 friendly fun Cockerpoo dogs are on the ground floor.
Shared kitchen/lounge/diner/drive/WC with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine) and garden.
All utility bills are included (wifi, gas, electric, CTax, window cleaner, TV license, water) I clean the communal areas regularly and tend to the garden.
The light and airy en suite king sized room is furnished with a large fitted double wardrobe, desk, chair, king sized bed, fully lined blackout curtains and bedside cabinet. Another king sized bedroom with en suite has a triple wardrobe and TV unit. The double room has bedside tables and a large wardrobe and the bathroom is across the hall with a bath and shower/WC sink. You can use the garage for a bike or paddle board.
The room would suit an independent, sociable, kind, animal loving professional.
