It is a newly renovated 2 bedroom house in a perfect location on Adelaide Road, 10 minutes walk away from town centre, hospital or university. There are also several gyms nearby and Aldi/Lidl too.

The house is calm and peaceful with natural and minimalist interior decor.

There is a lounge, large kitchen, conservatory and garden all of which are spacious, light and airy, there is also a home office in the garden.

The double bedroom has a built in wardrobe, built in cupboards and a desk so no extra furniture is required.

About You
Ideally you are a professional who are neat and tidy. The house should be somewhere calming and relaxing to come back to at the end of the day and enjoy the space.

About Me
I have recently moved to Chichester from London but my extended family grew up on the south coast so this feels like home. I like exercise and cooking and am often at the gym, going to the beach, swimming in the sea or going on cycling trips.

I work as a project manager in the tech industry and am often out of the house, therefore the house is very spacious and you will mainly be sharing the large space with one other person.
