The spaceous living area is open plan. There is only one bathroom. The kitchen has all the usual amenities but no dishwasher.
There is a very friendly cat in the house. Warning: He does sometimes leave gifts of dead mice but otherwise the perfect pet for a cat lover.
Ceilings in this house are low so this would probably not suit anyone over 6 feet tall.
This vacancy is strictly for a non-smokers only. No vaping either.
The price quoted is for a single person.
Discount of £50 if the room is only required Monday to Thursday night.
