Double room Detached house with private bathroom

Hey!

My current lodger is finishing their internship at Rolls Royce and looking to move out end of July, so the room will be available from the start of August.
I Have had Rolls Royce interns for the past two years as my place is very close by (about a 10 min walk if that)

Large double room for rent, fully furnished with a bed, mattress, side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers and essentially sole use of the bathroom as I have an en-suite
It’s a Detached house in a spacious estate 5-10 mins walk from Rolls Royce and 15-20 mins walk to the hospital and university along with city centre just beyond. Sainsbury’s, aldi and liddle are about 5 mins walk away as well.
Will suit Rolls Royce Interns/hospital workers and a short drive to SECAMB station if a paramedic.

Im very outdoorsy and spend a lot of time on the bike and in the gym. I like to watch live music in pubs in the evenings. References preferred but not a dealbreaker.
It’s a Relaxed clean household and would like someone who compliments that. Lots of on street parking available.
