Double & single room close to Rolls Royce/hospital

Hey!

Looking for a new lodger from early June for the single and anytime now onwards for the double

I Have had Rolls Royce interns for the past two years due to it being so close by

It’s a Detached house in a spacious estate 5-10 mins walk from Rolls Royce and 15-20 mins walk to the hospital and university along with city centre just beyond. Sainsbury’s, aldi and liddle are about 5 mins walk away as well.
Bus stop nearby that services the 55 bus route.

Large double room for rent, fully furnished with a bed, mattress, side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers and shared use of the main bathroom with the other lodger ideally looking for a longer term lodger 6 months +

Single room has an ottoman bed and small chest of drawers, ideally suited for shorter stays or Monday to Friday Lettings etc.


Will suit Rolls Royce Interns/hospital workers and a short drive to SECAMB station if a paramedic.

Im very outdoorsy and spend a lot of time on the bike and in the gym.
It’s a Relaxed clean household and would like someone who compliments that.
