Large family bath/ shower room shared.
Rent to be paid MONTHLY from move in date.

Walk everywhere: Chichester Cathedral, University, College, Chichester Festival Theatre, St Richard's Hospital, train/bus station. Rolls Royce is 2.5k.

This lovely room would suit a tidy person, who works full time (day time hours) or a full time student. Not for working from home.

Bills are included and cleaning is £20/hour. Common areas are cleaned weekly by my cleaner.

Kitchen/ dining table available for breakfast and also for dinner until 7:30 PM. Washing machine is available weekends, or other times, by request.

Deposit will be returned after the initial Two- month commitment, if the room is left in good order. Thereafter, lodger must provide a full 30 days notice to vacate, so that the landlord has sufficient time to let the room again.
