Currently I have one room available – the room is 590pcm available now. Each room is a double.

This is a large house with a lovely big garden. A decent size kitchen, with a shared bathroom plus extra toilet room. The master bedroom also has it's own bathroom meaning the main bathroom is only shared between 2 rooms. This house is fully furnished and will include all furniture, kitchen goods such and cutlery, etc. As well as a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Driveway parking as well as on street parking available.

The house has just been purchased and some renovations have already taken place. We are currently working on the garden as you can see from the photos. The house has just had new flooring and carpeting fitted throughout the the house and all the bathrooms have recently been renovated.

This house is a shared house ideally for 21 and over, and anyone enquiring must be working. WFH will be considered but further contributions to electric would need to be discussed during any viewings.

All bills are included within the price except gas and electric, these are both on meters and we top up when it runs out, I would however say you are looking at spending around 30-40 for gas and electric but this is a rough guide.
