We enjoy sharing our space. We love meeting new people. You would be made most welcome in our lovely home & we are proud of our city. We respect people from all cultures & religions. Privacy is also respected in our home.

We work part time/volunteering. . We keep busy & are keen allotment holders. We often go on new adventures in our camper van, .

We are offering a fully furnished roof room with a King sized solid wooden bed & a quality mattress. Its a light & airy double roof room on the second floor of property.. Good storage, bedside table/light, bin, mirror. Desk & chair. Large pine drawers.
Own ensuite loo/basin in room. Also sole use of family bath/shower room on first floor. Shared kitchen/diner/lounge. Fridge space/cupboards.

Looking for a house guest who is a full time student or professional. One month's notice on either side. Contract exchanged on arrival.
References required please. Utility costs included - Broadband, tv license, gas, electric, water, council tax. Centrally heated.
