The large living room/kitchen has a sofa and dining table and opens out onto the patio. There is a bio fuel fire to keep cosy in winter.

Washer, dryer, sink, cleaning and coat cupboards in large utility area.

I am a professional person, sociable and friendly. I enjoy travel, cycling walking and nature.

My family are important to me. My children are aged 20 and 22 years, they work and live away from home but visit some weekends and holidays. They are friendly and respectful of my lodgers. My mother lives in her self contained annex attached to the house. She is an excellent gardener and keeps the house and garden looking stunning.

I have one small rescue dog, she is well behaved and friendly to all.

I have rented the room three times, all have been great great tenants.(References can be provided) Seeking a personable, professional person/mature student. A non smoker who will keep room and communal areas clean and tidy.

Bills included. However, if you work from home full time and/or require sole use of the shower room, a contribution towards bills each month to be discussed.
