This very large room (measuring 14' x 10') is set in the heart of Chichester, just a minute's walk to the main high streets. The house is set just a five seven-minute walk from Chichester railway station, and a twenty-minute walk to the university. The room has a very big double wardrobe with storage above, along with a side cabinet and bedsite cabinet. All bills are included, including broadband. Live-in landlord, sharing with me, and two daughters (19 and 13). Because there are only girls in the house, we are looking for the same. Would suit either working professionals or students. No couples.
