The property has a well-equipped modern kitchen with large fridge freezer and modern appliances. There is a spacious shared living room area that is ideal for entertaining and the property is provided fully furnished with modern furniture. The Hilary Road property has a bathroom with shower and an additional separate WC.

Outside there is a very good-sized private garden, maintained by the landlord, and patio which is excellent for summer BBQs and relaxing. As a shared student house it benefits from off street parking for 2 cars, and Hilary Road has unrestricted on-street parking in addition. Additionally the accommodation provides secure dry storage for bicycles

The property is in the very popular Parklands Area (Hilary Road). It is within easy walking distance of Chichester University Bishop Otter campus, just 15 minutes away. There is a good range of community shops nearby, including a Co-Op, butcher, pharmacy, Post Office and Fish & Chip restaurant. Hilary Road is also just a 20 minute walk from the town centre, and is within easy reach of the Chichester Festival Theatre, several supermarkets and a leisure centre with pool and gym.

Parklands is a vibrant local community, that values neighbourliness and has a large central well-used green social space. The area adjoins the Centurions Way cycle path, which allows you to travel off-road, on foot or by bicycle ,all the way to Chichester Harbour to the South, and right up to West Dean in the South Downs. The beautiful beaches of Braklesham and West Wittering are a short car or bus ride away, and the South Downs National Park lies just to the north.

N. B. Due to conditions of licensing, you must be able to prove enrolment in a full-time programme of study in order to qualify for this property.
