We are Large bright room that’s newly decorated & new carpets, bed is on order but has a brand new mattress. Large tv to use if required.
Use of kitchen and bathroom. There is parking at the back of the property and alongside the road. Bus stop to town directly outside. 20min walk to town and 10 mins walk to hospital and uni. WiFi and bills included. Just require a £200 damage deposit and one month rent up front. If you smoke, we kindly ask you to do so in the garden.
