We have a huge double and double room available for professionals.

The house is furnished and has an open plan kitchen/diner throughout, wooden floors and a kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, flat screen TV and satellite/On Demand.

The house also has two luxury wet rooms, so there are no queues for the bathroom in the mornings.

The price includes a cleaner, Sky TV, Fibre, and all household bills including gas and electric, council tax, water, TV Licence etc etc. There are all mod cons including fridges, dishwasher, an oven and gas hob. The house is insulated to the highest standards so it is warm and cosy throughout the winter and cool in the summer.

The location is only 10-15mins walk to the town centre, and rail links, and there is free parking outside the house.

The property is a relaxed environment for people that want to unwind after a hectic day at work. The tenants all work throughout the week and they are all friendly warm personalities.

We are ideally looking for someone who is laid back, clean, tidy, friendly and relaxed, who will treat the house like a home.

There is also an additional charge which comes every 5-6 months where we buy toilet paper, cleaning products, hand-wash etc in bulk for the house. This means that there are no arguments about who bought the toilet roll last, and is cheaper for everyone as well.
