This is a lovely clean and tidy, friendly house for young professionals. It’s in a fantastic location close to theatre, hospital and shops, a short walk into town at the north of the city.
All bills are included and the shared areas cleaned regularly.
The room is bright with a private toilet and shower , double bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.
There is Broadband internet throughout house and smart TV in shared lounge/kitchen.
There is a sunny garden to enjoy with bike shed and parking is available if you have a car.
